c. Proof of purchase in the form of your order number or Pay Pal reference number
Once you have done this, you will be issued with a tracking number and you will be provided with return postage instructions. Refunds will only be given when the complete Better Tenders package is received by Better Tenders Pty Ltd. Return postage will be at your expense and will not be refunded. Please also note that if more than 180 days have passed since the date of your purchase of the package, the guarantee period will have lapsed and no refunds will be provided. Refund of money paid will be via Pay Pal.
Digital copies
For digital copies, the guarantee applies to items bought under the purchase to own license. There is no requirement to post anything back, however, before any refunds are given, please send an email to orders@bettertenders.com and in this email outline:
